The versatile Endurance™ All-Purpose Shelf 2.0 offers a larger footprint than the regular All-Purpose Shelf and can be used as a shelf OR a step.
For typical use as a shelf, simply bolt it to the wall with the angled side facing downward.
To use as a step to the Endurance™ Wall Bunk or to reduce potential ligature points, turn the shelf 180 degrees so the angled side faces upward. This provides a more stable foot placement and causes ligature to slide off.
