The HookMax and HookMax Plus are carefully constructed with a PC/ABS core material and a flexible yet robust TPU outer material. Unlike a typical hook, the HookMax and HookMax Plus safely bend and release ligature at a maximum of 10lb and 20 lbs, respectively. Once the ligature slides off, the hooks retain their shape and function for continued use.
Each ligature resistant hook has a “normalized” design to invoke comfort. However, the unique choice of materials combined with specific details makes them both safe and functional for many applications. This includes both individual resident rooms and common areas alike. Additionally, the hooks are available in a variety of colors and offer the opportunity for tailored interior designs.
